Orgnaic Jaggery Balls

MSS Organic Farms's Organic Jaggery Balls - During boiling organic itemsare added to clean the juice. The boiled juice is then left to cool in pan. To hold the cloth in hand and when the mixture is still hot take enough in your hand to form a golf ball-sized lump. Roll between your palms till smooth. Lay on a greased plate to cool.

Jaggery Cubes

MSS Organic Farms make jaggery cubes in our own farm using juice obtained after crushing sugarcane with a crusher. The settled juice is boiled in open pans with continuous stirring and, simultaneously clarificants are added in required quantity. The consistency of the juice becomes thick on concentration by boiling and then it is poured into moulds to make jaggery cubes.

Palm Jaggery

Palm jaggery is the best replacement for white sugar which has nature sugar. Palm Jaggery is made from the extract Palm Trees. The Palm Jaggery is processed from the unfermented Palmyra tree sap called neera. The unfermented juice is filtered and then boiled till it bubbles in iron vats. Once it's cooled, it is poured into moulds. Karupatti Organic palm jaggery contains minerals and calcium which is very healthy. Palm jaggery is used as sugar in olden days for all the foods, people live very strong and live for long life with good health.

Palm Sugar Candy

The process of making palm jaggery does not involve the use of any chemical agents, hence all the natural minerals are retained as no preservatives are added. The sap from the palm sapling is extracted skillfully. The sap that oozes from the sapling is collected in earthen pots. The pots are coated with slaked lime to ensure that the sap does not ferment. The unfermented juice is filtered and then boiled till it bubbles in iron vats. Once it's cooled, it is poured into molds - most farms use coconut shells for the molds.
